Rules for returning goods

The return procedure is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

• The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer, and after the transfer of goods – within seven days;
• Return of the goods of proper quality is possible if its trade dress, consumer properties, and a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods (electronic receipt or invoice) are preserved;
• The consumer has no right to refuse goods of proper quality, which have individually specific properties, if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the person who acquires it;
• If the consumer rejects the goods, the seller must return the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, except for the seller’s expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than ten days from the date of the consumer’s submission of a corresponding demand;
• If you find a defect, send a photo of the product.
