Return policy

The procedure for returning goods is regulated by Article 26.1 of the federal law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

You may reject the goods at any time before they are handed over, and after receipt within seven days.
Return of goods of proper quality is possible, if its trade dress, consumer properties, tag and there is a document confirming the purchase (for example, an electronic receipt) are preserved.
If you reject the goods, we will refund your money, less shipping costs, within ten days of receiving your claim. In the event of a fault, we will also refund the shipping costs.
If you find a defect, please send us a photo of the product.
If an order is lost by the postal service, we will give you a full refund.
To issue a return, email us with the shipping address, reason for return and order identification information.

Warranty

We give a guarantee on all our jewelry, purchased in the showroom at the address: Kaliningrad, Karla Marksa str. 108 and in the online store. strelnik.ru for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase/receipt of the order.

The warranty does not apply if:

The product has been repaired by someone other than STRELNIK.
Care and storage conditions have been compromised.
The change was due to the natural wear and tear of the jewelry.
The natural discoloration of amber.
The jewelry shows signs of mechanical/chemical damage.
Chipped stones due to mechanical damage.
Some of the jewelry is lost.
Mechanical abrasion of the coating has occurred.

If the coating does change within the warranty, you can send the items to us for cleaning by contacting us in advance.

If the alterations are not under warranty, we can still help you restore the jewelry to its original appearance or make repairs at your expense. You can send the item to us by contacting us in advance and describing the problem, attaching a photo/video if possible.
