How to care for gilding

We use 925 sterling silver as the base of our products, this metal is our main metal for the whole life of our production. In most models of the collection it is covered with matte gilding, because it perfectly combines with aged amber, which has red and brown hues. Including – definitely – white amber.

Electroplating is the application of a thin layer of metal to a product for its protection and beauty. But such “clothing”, including gilding, unfortunately tends to wear out.
